Necessary materials
- 3 eggs
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- Half a glass of oil
- 1 glass of sugar (+ a spoon for the top)
- Zest of 1 lemon (grated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet of baking powder
MANUFACTURING
Beat the eggs into the mixing bowl. Add sugar and beat in a mixer until fluffy. Add yogurt and oil and continue beating. Finally add grated lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla and stir. After preparing the wet ingredients, now add the dry ingredients; Sift the flour and baking powder, add to the mixture and continue stirring with a whisk. Place paper liners in muffin tins. Pour the prepared mixture evenly, leaving an inch of space on the molds. If you like, sprinkle a pinch of granulated sugar on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until pink.
