Necessary materials
- 200g pasta or spaghetti
- 60 gr parmesan cheese, extra portion extra
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper for an extra serving
MANUFACTURE
- Cook the pasta or spaghetti according to package directions. Using a ladle, take 100ml of water from the cooked pasta and place in a bowl. Allow the water to cool for 1 minute.
- Add Parmesan, butter and pepper to this water and mix well.
- Drain the pasta, return to the pot and mix with the cheese sauce.
- Divide the pasta among plates and serve with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
