Cheese and Pepper Pasta Recipe (serves 2) – My Home

The taste of this pasta, which you can prepare in a few minutes, is great.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Necessary materials

  • 200g pasta or spaghetti
  • 60 gr parmesan cheese, extra portion extra
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper for an extra serving

MANUFACTURE

  1. Cook the pasta or spaghetti according to package directions. Using a ladle, take 100ml of water from the cooked pasta and place in a bowl. Allow the water to cool for 1 minute.
  2. Add Parmesan, butter and pepper to this water and mix well.
  3. Drain the pasta, return to the pot and mix with the cheese sauce.
  4. Divide the pasta among plates and serve with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
